Unconscious Bias
Because we’re not always consistent in using standardized questions during interviews, there’s more room for unconscious bias to creep in — even if we don’t mean it to.
That bias can alter how we listen, what we probe into, and what we assume about a candidate — especially those with different backgrounds, experiences, or communication styles.
