Read through the chapter, at the end, hit "continue to chat" to work through learning objectives with Florence. Once you've explored the interaction, Florence will naturally suggest when to progress to the next chapter, but you can also move at your pace - just type "next chapter" or "skip." if you feel the time is right.

Florence does not teach from her general AI knowledge, she remains anchored to authorised content and learning objectives but since she's an AI, she can still make mistakes.
